Rules model for a general forum like the Community general forum

So when these points, or one of these, is/are not respected, it's for sure, at least, a temp ban.

1-No shitposting(this is like posting pics of shit or person shitting and so on)
2-No disgusting
3-No spam
4-No flaming
5-No 36 if the user is not a members of the State: Only members of the State can post this.
6-No excessive porn
7-No disrespect of the admins/mods/State
8-You cannot only do low level talk
9-Decent avatar/signature(they are mostly fine on the vesti)
10-No sexism, racism
11-No terrorism, crime(against the State)(crime is secret)
12-No drug selling

I think the main points are that. I will work on this.
