Revision of the icons/avatar

As a moderator and Admin, I don't care much about this. But it need to be livable and have a basic common sense.

This said, some users don't have a right icon or avatar. In this thread, I'm going to list those who don't have it right. This is a base for the moderator and the Admins.

Let's take guinguin for example. It's for sure made to annoy. So this is for sure to be remove.

Ductape icon: it's not that bad but it's for sure a low quality or something like this icon. This said, she can do better than that and she don't want because it's a board zero.
